    • Group workouts at FitDen Saturdays @ 930am  OR

    • Receive weekly workouts to be done at your leisure

  • Baseline Measurements and Weigh-Ins

  • Personalized Eating Plan – No calorie restrictions or elimination diets!

  • Weekly Nutritional Check-ins via Email  (Food log required for feedback)

  • Access to our Private Community Forum –  Tips, recipes, and Q&A discussions.​
